Refund and Returns Policy

Most orders ship within 24 hours, six days a week to anywhere in the world! Large orders, holidays and custom orders can delay shipment 1-2 days. Once the product is shipped it is the responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your bundle in a timely matter, keep in mind that USPS Priority mail delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We ship almost anywhere in the world! International package can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to arrive, please plan accordingly. Taxes, import and custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact Goodcuttingmachine within 90 days of original ship date to investigate delayed or missing packages.

UK customers, please shop at www.goodcuttingmachine.store as we are unable to fulfill VAT requirements at this time. 

LOST PACKAGES

U.S.P.S. does not consider a domestic packages lost until 15 business days have past. All lost packages marked as “delivered” or “attempted delivery” cannot be refunded. Notify Benzie within 30 days of original ship date to open an investigation. 

RETURNS

Sometimes things just don’t turn out how we expected, please contact us within 90 days for more information on how to return your order. Returns may incur a 15% restocking fee. PDF files can not be refunded.
